Anticipated Price Increase for 2023:
Well we are certainly not excited about this next bit of news, but it has to be this way and everyone probably saw this coming eventually...

As of mid 2022, dog food prices have increased a whopping 40% from just a year earlier. Gasoline increased 80%, and other expenses such as utilities. property maintenance, labor and materials have increased 40%-50% from the previous year. Everyone knows and has felt this impact on the cost of living no matter where you are. We have never depended on puppy sales to pay our personal bills such as auto loans, mortgages, our food, and other necessities for my wife and I, but in order to keep our breeding program from being a losing proposition, we must increase our puppy prices. However, our price increase will not take effect until January 1, 2023, and will only increase about 20%. Please click here for more information on our 2023 scheduled price increase.

This following info is specifically directed to those who are currently on one of our waiting lists for a future litter, or will soon be taking home one of our Golden Retriever puppies from a current litter. In addition, those who may be considering to get on our waiting list may also find this information helpful. Keep in mind that when you login to your account, the best experience is with a desktop or laptop computer.

For Those Who Have Already Picked Your Puppy From a Recent Litter:
Please
login to your customer profile account from a laptop or desktop computer as soon as you can to make sure of the following:
1. Make sure your contact information is correct and is the way you want it to appear on your Purchase Agreement Contract.
2. Make sure the Doggie Tag information is filled out and correct for your engraved tag (Please use ALL CAPS).
3. Make sure you have requested a Delivery Date and Time for your puppy to come home. This will be on a Fri, Sat, or Sun when the pups are around 9 weeks of age. We will confirm your request by text message if there are no conflicts.
4. If you are picking up your puppy in person, click HERE for driving instructions and a map on how to get to our facility in Missouri and we will text you the remainder of the driving instructions the night before you come.

5. Make sure the Final Balance amount shown in your account is correct according to the purchase price and what you have already paid in deposit(s).
6. If you have chosen to pay your balance by Personal Check, make sure you send it so that it arrives to us not less than 12 days before the puppy is picked up or delivered.

Starting in February of 2022, all of our puppy litters will be eating a specially formulated and optimized puppy food beginning at 4 weeks of age: Victor Elite Canine in the lime green bag. We give a starter bag of this food to all of our customers which is also commercially available either on-line or at many local pet food stores. It is excellent quality and we highly recommend our custmers to continue using this dog food for the first 18-24 months.

For Those Who We Have Confirmed You are Getting a Puppy, But You Have Not Picked a Puppy Yet:
Please
login to your customer profile account from a laptop or desktop computer as soon as you can to make sure of the following:
1. Make sure your contact information is correct and is the way you want it to appear on your Purchase Agreement Contract.
2. Make sure you have requested a Meet-n-Greet Date and Time to see the puppy (or puppies if we have more than one available for you). This will be when the pups are 5 weeks old, usually on a Fri, Sat, or Sun. We will confirm your request by text message if there are no conflicts.
If you are coming to see the puppies in person, click HERE for driving instructions and a map on how to get to our facility in Missouri and we will text you the remainder of the driving instructions the night before you come.
If you are doing a video chat with us and the puppies, we use Google Duo available for Android and iPhone.
When you choose one of our puppies, you will need to place an additional deposit so that the total of your deposits comes to a minimum of $1,000.00 at 5 weeks of age.
3. If you need to cancel or postpone your reservation(s) to a future litter, please request this by text message or email.
4. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits made on an upcoming litter can be rolled over to the next litter, but are non-refundable except in the situation where there are not enough puppies in a litter for you to get one. The refund offer is valid only if you have not already rolled your deposit over to a subsequent litter from a past litter where we were unbale to offer you a puppy.

For Those Who are on One of Our Waiting Lists for a Future Litter:
1.You can periodically login to your customer account to see if there are any updates, keep track of important dates, your paid deposit amounts, and where you stand in line for a puppy in an upcoming litter. Please login to your account at least once a month (and even weekly or daily after the birthdate of your litter occurs). Your place in line will change if people ahead of you on the list cancel. Your position may also change when people who have placed multiple deposits on more than one litter or gender make their choice, and at that time all their other reservations cancel and the people behind them move up!
2. If you were previously on one of our 2nd Priority or Standby waiting lists and you desire to be in 1st Priority, you must make an additional deposit now. The total of your deposits must equal at least $300 in order to be in 1st Priority. That means if you are on Standby, you need to make an additional $300 deposit. If you are 2nd Priority, you need to make an additional $100-$150 deposit depending on the amount you have already made. Click on Litter Info at the top of this page and select the color, then select Puppy Info & Photos. Scroll down to the PayPal and Venmo payment section to make your payment.

For Those Seeking To Get on One of Our Waiting Lists:
1. Please follow these instructions first (
click here). The last step is to text us saying that you have completed the first two steps and are ready to create a Customer Profile Account.
2. Decide on a litter color that we offer and a gender. The more litter colors and genders you get in line for, the greater will be your chance of there being at least one litter that has enough puppies for you to get one.
3. Decide if you want to be on our 1st Priority ($300 deposit), 2nd Priority ($200 Deposit), or Standby (No Deposit) waiting list.
4. Create your Customer Profile Account from the link that we text to you. However, it is highly recommended that you use a laptop or desktop computer to create your account. Choose a username that helps you remember which litter color and gender the waiting list account is for (example: JoeSmithWCM stands for Joe Smith's white cream male reservation). This is especially helpful if you are getting on more than one waiting list. A separate account is required for each litter color and gender. For Priority customers, all your deposits are transfered to the puppy you finally get to choose so that no deposit is forfeited when you purchase a puppy.
5. Pay your deposit(s) by Venmo (no fee if you designate us as friends and family), or PayPal (3.9% fee), or a personal check mailed to us if you choose to be on one of our priority lists.
6. Your customer account is how we keep track of all the important dates, your deposit amounts, and where you stand in line for a puppy in an upcoming litter. Please login to your account at least once a month (and even weekly or daily after the birthdate of a litter occurs). Your place in line will change when people ahead of you on the list cancel.
7. If you need to cancel please request this by text message and/or a message to us in your customer account.
