Those who are higher up on the list for a male should try to come out on the 18th or 19th, and those further down the list for a male on the 19th, 20th, or after. We will only accept one family at a time to see the pups and those that contact us the earliest will have more choices for a date and time to come out or video chat with us. If we haven't heard from you by December 10th, we will call you and let you know what dates and times we have left.
If you are not in the top 6 boys or the No. 1 spot for a girl on our priority list, you can request a refund of your deposit by text, email, or phone, which will be processed the same day. If you can't remember where you are on the waiting list, you can log into your customer account to check. However, if we don't hear from you, you will automatically be moved to the top of our priority list for the next white cream litter planned for the Summer of 2021. Not to worry, your deposit is always refundable up until you pick a specific puppy at 5 weeks of age.
Those who were on the standby list for this white cream litter will automatically be moved to the next white cream litter planned for the Summer of 2021. Everyone will move up from where you were before and some of you will be on the priority reservation list. We will be contacting you to place your $100 deposit sometime in January 2021.
Many thanks to everyone on our waiting list who has been patiently waiting, and we sincerely regret not having enough puppies for everyone to be able to get one. Our heart goes out to you because everyone deserves a puppy! This is something we wish we had more control over but we don't and we're sure you understand. We hope you will stay with us for another season, but if you choose not to, we completely understand.
NOV 14TH UPDATE: YEA, THEY'RE HERE!! Today, the pups arrived and we are in puppy heaven because we had two litters born on the same day. Based on the mating records, it seemed they would be several days apart but we were pleasantly surprised! By next weekend, we will make an announcement of the number of boys and girls in this litter once we see the vibrance, healthiness, and strength of all the pups. Here is a little hint if you can figure it out: it seems the dad of this litter was wearing boxers, not briefs

Duchess has just past the half-way point of her pregnancy and appears to be filling out. It is still a bit too soon to tell if she is carrying or not but the early signs are looking good! We have three expecting mommas and if all goes well, the birth date of the white cream litter will be the second to occur, sometime in late November. We will make another update late next month.
SEPT 16TH UPDATE: Duchess and Huxley, our white cream Goldens, have mated several times this week. They will continue to mate for the next week. We will not have confirmation that Duchess is carrying pups until mid November. If her mating produced pups, the birth date of this litter will be in late November or early December 2020. Hopefully, she will have plenty of pups so that most everyone on our waiting list will get to choose a puppy in January 2021, and take one home in early February.
We will announce confirmation of pregnancy with an update here in mid to late November, and the birth of the pups as soon as that day comes. Then about 5 to 7 days after the birth, we will anounce the number of male and female pups in Duchess and Huxley's litter.
SEPT 2ND UPDATE: Good News! Duchess (our English white cream momma) started her heat cycle this week. Her heat cycle can last for 21 to 35 days, and the fertile mating period generally occurs during the last portion of that (sometime between Sept 18th and 30th). The gestation period is 63 days which would put the birth of our white cream litter sometime between Nov 20th and Dec 2nd. This in turn, would make the pups ready to go home sometime between Jan 22nd and Feb 3rd, 2021. This misses our projection for a Christmas puppy litter by a whole month but it's hard for us to predict exactly when heat cycles will occur.
